FontRenamer is an application you can use to rename font files with TTF extensions, which usually have names that are not easily identifiable or have nothing to do with their real names.
You just have to select the folder with the filenames you want to change and press the Rename button. Then you can see the original font name.

It's important to note that the program starts by default on a filepath that's not where the fonts are, so you have to select the right one or type in the exact directory.
From now on, you can find the fonts you are looking with a simple search, without having to open a million folders to dig for it.
